On a recent spearfishing dive, I developed a sinus squeeze that leads to a bloody nose. My diver instructor told me this is common and that I should take care of it using a neti pot. Here’s how I took care of it in case this happens to you. Subscribe for more: https://www.youtube.com/castandspear?sub_confirmation=1

Remember to seek medical advice before doing anything. Since mine wasn’t severe, I decided to simply keep the area clean with the occasional rinse for a few days. The important thing is to not go spearfishing or freediving while it’s healing.
Give yourself at least a week so that you don’t develop scar tissue in the sinus, which will lead to more tears in the future.
